Contract : 6+ months

Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to management and employees across various organizations. The successful candidate will oversee activities including employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leadership, HR Director, and broader HR centers of excellence to develop and execute HR solutions that align with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Partner with leaders at multiple levels, including executive leadership, and their teams to create and implement HR strategies and initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This includes designing, building, and rolling out programs, processes, and tools that enable managers and employees to succeed.
- Assess HR needs in key areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and leadership development, driving the appropriate solutions to address these needs.
- Work closely with business leadership to identify opportunities to attract, develop, and retain talent, helping employees reach their full potential.
- Coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations across a range of issues. This may include conducting investigations related to employee relations concerns and recommending/implementing corrective actions based on investigation outcomes.
- Use influence and coaching skills to foster a culture that aligns with and reflects the organization’s core values.
- Lead communication efforts and manage the rollout of HR programs and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Familiarity with a variety of HR concepts, practices, employment laws, and procedures.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in this role.
