Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support the 2026 Customer API and Data Sharing initiative. This role is focused on gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, creating L0 and L1 diagrams, and producing detailed documentation for existing APIs. The ideal candidate is technical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with engineering and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements

• Create and maintain L0 (context) and L1 (high-level process/data flow) diagrams

• Document existing APIs, including data flows, integrations, and dependencies

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand current API implementations

• Translate technical information into clear, structured documentation

• Support customer API and data sharing initiatives through accurate and complete documentation

• Ensure documentation aligns with business and technical standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments

• Strong experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements

• Hands-on experience creating L0 and L1 diagrams

• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows

• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand existing system behavior

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
