Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, Capital Markets Solutions – Corporate, you contribute to delivering strategic, multi-year projects for the Capital Markets line of business. You will be part of a team of experts building business and technology solutions, responsible for large-scale initiatives improving end-to-end processes and application landscapes.

More specifically, you will:

• Analyze business needs/processes and ensure project alignment

• Support feasibility, design, and execution phases (requirements logs, RFI/RFP, stakeholder and risk identification)

• Produce clear business documentation for stakeholders

• Create business requirements, PBS, use cases, target models, and identify impacted processes

• Participate in requirements prioritization and agile delivery planning

• Compare solutions from RFP responses and prepare recommendations

• Ensure alignment and integration with the Murex ecosystem and technology architecture

• Work closely with business SMEs, operations teams, and the PO

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum six years of prior business analysis experience with integrated Murex solutions in capital markets

• Knowledge of French required

• Cross-functional specialist of Murex and capital markets solutions (e.g., Bloomberg, FIS, market platforms)

• Strong knowledge of front and middle office needs and solution design

• Advanced English proficiency

• Strong IT collaboration and agile methodology experience

• Strong proactive approach and structured preparation

• Expertise in leading business discussions and decision-making

• Expertise in end-to-end capital markets business solutions (trading, inventory, valuation, collateral, settlement, accounting, risk)

• Strong communication with executive stakeholders
