JOB DESCRIPTION

  • A hands-on, tech-forward marketer who executes data-driven, multi-year marketing strategies to grow engagement with financial advisors: segmentation, targeted campaigns, and integrated programs that support distribution priorities and show measurable impact.
  • You'll work across Channel Marketing, Digital, Events, Content, Creative, and Analytics, with regular exposure to sales and client-facing teams. Data, automation, and AI are expected tools of the job.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy & Execution: Support integrated, multi-channel strategies tied to firmwide growth goals; execute plans and campaigns for key client segments.
  • Targeting & Segmentation: Use insights and analytics to sharpen personalization, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Integrated Programs: Help build and activate programs driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across the client lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, client-facing teams, and Digital, Events, Content,
  • Creative, and Analytics for a cohesive client experience.
  • Measurement: Track performance; apply test-and-learn methodologies using data, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Innovation: Adopt new tools, technologies, and ways of working that improve effectiveness and scale.
  • Sales Enablement: Keep sales teams supplied with relevant, timely marketing resources.
  • Ops & Compliance: Juggle multiple projects and deadlines; ensure activities meet regulatory requirements with Compliance.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree

  • 2–3 years in asset/wealth management, financial services, or related marketing
  • Familiarity with intermediary, institutional, or advisor segments
  • Integrated program experience across digital, content, events, paid media, sales enablement
  • Using data, martech, automation, and analytics to improve results
  • Interest in AI and innovative tools; campaign execution, project management, performance measurement
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of client engagement and investment decision-making
  • Product knowledge: Models, Alternatives, Municipals, SMAs, ETFs
  • Agile marketing experience
  • Platforms such as Smartsheet and Seismic
