About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engagement lead to join our Investment Management practice. In this role, you will work directly with senior executives at top investment managers, spearheading high-impact engagements, shaping transformation agendas, and establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor.

In addition to client engagement, this position requires a deep understanding of the asset management industry, along with a demonstrated success in delivering high-impact data analytics and AI solutions to enhance distribution effectiveness (sales and marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Become the trusted advisor to top-tier asset and wealth-management clients.

• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions/roadmap to grow AUM and save costs.

• Lead 10+ membered teams, keep projects on track, and expand each win into new work.

• Pitch ideas, craft proposals, and present clear, actionable insights.

• Lead project leads, data scientists, and consultants to drive top-tier delivery.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in building sales and marketing analytics/AI solutions in the investment management industry.

• Self-driven with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis for senior executives.

• Growth mindset; comfortable building from scratch.

• Proven experience and expertise in applying AI to solve cross-functional challenges (distribution, research, operations, risk) in the investment management domain.
