Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to head the Innovation and Design Practice in North America. This role will drive design strategy, product innovation, and digital experience transformation for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in consulting, digital engineering, or design-led technology organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Innovation and Design Practice across North America.

• Develop design-led digital transformation solutions for enterprise clients.

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate design thinking with technology delivery.

• Build strong client relationships and act as a client-facing executive leader.

• Expand business through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

• Manage and mentor UX designers, product designers, researchers, and innovation teams.

• Drive design thinking methodologies, innovation frameworks, and modern digital experience practices.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape company innovation strategy.

Required Experience

• 12–18+ years of experience in digital consulting, design, product innovation, or technology services.

• Experience leading design, UX, or innovation teams at scale.

• Strong client-facing leadership experience in consulting or digital services.

• Experience working in organizations that combine engineering and design services.

• Proven ability to build and scale design practices.

• Experience working with enterprise clients in digital transformation programs.

Preferred Background

• Experience in design consulting, digital agencies, or technology consulting firms.

• Exposure to product design, service design, UX research, and digital innovation.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams (design + engineering + product).
