In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees, handling employee relations matters, coaching leaders, and supporting the full performance management cycle. You’ll manage leave and accommodation processes in partnership with HR Operations, maintain accurate HR data in Workday, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment law. This is a practical, detail-oriented role focused on delivering reliable, consistent HR support and a strong employee experience.
