Job title: Identity & Access Security Specialist

Position Summary

• The Identity and Access Security Specialist I is responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems. They are responsible for performing user access recertifications for system access. The Specialist will also assist with maintaining role ownership and updating templated system access.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Provisioning of user access within systems based on service desk ticket requests.
• Seek role owner approval for system access requests.
• Revoke system access as requested.
• Perform periodic user access recertifications, including scoping the recertification and running the campaign.
• Distributing user access recertification materials to reviewers and tracking responses.
• Making changes to templated access as requested.
• Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Ability to follow set processes for user access administration.
• Good knowledge and understanding of application security.
• Some knowledge and/or experience in Role-based Access Control methods.
• Excellent communication (Oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to present and explain complex technical topics, problems, alternative solutions to others.

Education And / Or Experience

• This position requires 0-3 Years of experience
• Proven experience in Information Technology, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree with related experience
