Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Endpoint Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint environments while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering endpoint devices, implementing security policies, troubleshooting complex endpoint issues, and supporting endpoint management platforms. This role also includes administering the Island Enterprise Browser environment, managing browser security controls, and serving as the primary L2/L3 escalation point for browser-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions and the Island Enterprise Browser console.

• Configure and manage browser policies, RBAC, configuration baselines, and environment segmentation.

• Implement browser security controls, including DLP-like restrictions, certificates, site isolation, permissions, and extension governance.

• Provide L2/L3 support for browser-related issues, including policy failures, installation errors, extension issues, and performance troubleshooting.

• Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.

• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and IT Operations teams to support enterprise endpoint services.

Required Skills

• Experience administering enterprise endpoint management solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Island Enterprise Browser administration is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of browser security controls, endpoint security, and policy management.

• Experience providing L2/L3 technical support and troubleshooting complex endpoint issues.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
