Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Strong knowledge in Telecom Advanced Features for CUCM, Voice Gateway / CUBE (both TDM & SIP), Unity, UCCE and Verint recording solution · Perform backups and restores for all the Telecom components · Experience in Setting up High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Contact Center Enterprise and CUCM VOIP Env · Implement operational automation using scripts. · Work on Cisco Server tools and Verint recording solution · Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring, and troubleshooting tools · Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment · Must be able to work in 24×7 production support environment · Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including week-ends

Competencies & Skill Set :
· Hands on Experience and SME knowledge in Cisco voice network, Verint Maintenance operations, VOIP support · Sound knowledge of technology landscape in Distributed technologies, Monitoring mechanisms & platforms etc. · Strong client interfacing skills and stakeholder management · Good understanding of Operation Management and ITIL landscape · Ability to work with global delivery teams

Experience :Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Utah. This position may require occasional travel to Jacksonville, Florida. · Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education · >4 years of Information Technology experience · At least 2 years of experience in Cisco Voice and UCCE administration and maintenance
