Jr Field Service Technician

The main responsibility is performing routine preventive maintenance (cleaning and upkeep) on various IT equipment to ensure they function efficiently and avoid breakdowns.

This includes:

• Cleaning internal and external components of devices
• Checking for wear and tear
• Ensuring devices are operating smoothly
• Performing scheduled maintenance visits

Equipment covered:

• Kiosks (self-service machines)
• Printers (high-usage shared printers)
• Workstations (desktop computers in common areas)

Another key part of the role is ensuring that shared devices are always stocked and ready for use.

This includes:

• Replacing printer consumables (paper, toner, ink)
• Monitoring stock levels at common-use areas
• Refilling supplies at kiosks and shared workstations
• Coordinating basic inventory tracking
