Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect 
Location: Remote 
Duration; 12 months+

 
Role Summary :

The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for defining the end-to-end solution architecture for the modernization program, ensuring the target design is scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business, clinical, and operational requirements. This role provides architectural leadership across Twilio, .NET services, integrations, infrastructure, data flows, and non-functional requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the target solution architecture across application, integration, infrastructure, and security layers. 

  • Translate business and operational requirements into architecture blueprints, design principles, and implementation patterns. 

  • Lead architecture decisions for Twilio Studio, Twilio Flex/TaskRouter, .NET microservices, APIs, event flows, messaging, and data persistence. 

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, security, and reliability requirements. 

  • Review solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches proposed by engineering teams. 

  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs, and provide mitigation plans. 

  • Support planning for migration, cutover, shadow-run, rollback, and transition activities. 

  • Collaborate with client architects, SMEs, product stakeholders, and delivery leadership. 

  • Provide technical governance throughout the lifecycle, including design reviews and architecture signoffs. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • 10+ years in software engineering / solution architecture roles. 

  • Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and integration-heavy platforms. 

  • Hands-on knowledge of .NET / C#, API design, messaging, and event-driven architectures. 

  • Experience with Twilio ecosystem, contact center platforms, or telephony modernization is strongly preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of security, resilience, observability, and performance engineering. 

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries. 

  • Experience in migration from legacy workflow/telephony platforms to cloud-native architectures.
