Position Overview

The DSAMH SOR Program is seeking an experienced Program Integrity Specialist to begin immediately. The selected candidate will support the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant by ensuring program integrity, compliance, and effective implementation across all funded providers and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc program integrity reviews of SOR-funded providers and initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to grant requirements and contract deliverables.

• Review programmatic performance data to assess progress, identify shortfalls, and recommend corrective actions.

• Provide technical assistance to providers to address barriers and support successful project outcomes.

• Perform desk reviews of submitted reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Conduct both virtual and on-site visits across the state.

• Assist with sub-grantee fiscal tracking and financial analysis.

• Coordinate activities with fiscal, grant management, and program staff.

• Perform other grant-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior project management or program monitoring experience is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and conduct field visits as required
