Project Manager – Product Facts Website
Burlington, MA – Onsite  | 3 months with potential extension
Role Overview

We are seeking a temporary Project Manager to support a short-term initiative focused on improving the accuracy and organization of product information on the Client Product Facts website. This role will play a key part in auditing product data, coordinating updates with brands and an external vendor (Sapient), and maintaining internal tracking tools related to page updates and product QR code management. No technical/web design skills are needed. All updates to the website will be made by our IT resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the Product Facts website to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Identify discrepancies, outdated information, or products that should be updated or removed.
• Work directly with Sapient to submit and manage tickets for website updates, data corrections, and product removals.
• Track progress of updates and follow up as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Organize, update, and maintain the master spreadsheet used to manage product QR codes and ensure they link to the correct Product Facts webpages.
• Help improve organization and clarity of tracking materials to support ongoing management after the project concludes.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Comfortable coordinating with external vendors and managing task tickets.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Experience working with digital content or product data helpful but not necessary.
