Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our 2026 SF Support team. This role is critical for the maintenance and enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on Sales and Service Cloud modules. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong technical depth and the leadership experience necessary to guide development initiatives and replace legacy functions.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Development: Take a lead role in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Module Expertise: Drive enhancements and support for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Legacy Replacement: Act as the primary technical resource to transition and replace functionality from legacy systems (CLF 41159).
• Technical Excellence: Write high-quality, scalable code and stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 7–15 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Core Technical Skills: Proven track record with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Leadership: Demonstrated "Lead Experience"—ability to mentor junior developers and take ownership of complex technical workstreams.
• Seniority: While we prefer a Mid-level candidate, we are open to Senior-level experts who can bring deep architectural insights.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills for onshore collaboration.
