Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Practice Head to lead, grow, and scale our Salesforce practice. This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategy, delivery excellence, revenue growth, team development, and client engagement across Salesforce-related services and solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Practice Leadership & Strategy 

  • Define and execute the overall Salesforce practice strategy and roadmap 

  • Build and scale Salesforce capabilities across industries 

  • Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and governance models 

Business Development & Growth 

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve practice P&L targets 

  • Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales, solutioning, and proposals 

  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor 

  • Identify new market opportunities and service offerings 

Delivery & Operations 

  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery 

  • Ensure high-quality implementation, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery 

  • Manage resource planning, utilization, and margins 

  • Mitigate delivery risks and ensure compliance with standards 

Team Management 

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Salesforce team 

  • Drive hiring, training, and certification initiatives 

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement 

Partnership & Alliances 

  • Strengthen partnership with Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders 

  • Manage alliance relationships and participate in joint go-to-market initiatives 

Required Qualifications 

  • 12–18+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce leadership roles 

  • Strong expertise across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) 

  • Proven track record of building and scaling a Salesforce practice 

  • Experience managing P&L and revenue targets 

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills 

  • Salesforce certifications preferred 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience working with global clients 

  • Strong pre-sales and solution architecture experience 

  • Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations 

  • MBA or equivalent leadership qualification (preferred)
