Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Professional with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one or more Salesforce Clouds:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Integration Experience

• REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Integration with ERP, HRMS, Marketing, and third-party applications.
• Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or similar integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Build custom applications using Salesforce platform technologies.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Marketing/ Sales/ Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
