We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our design team focused on B2B SaaS & Multi-Industry platforms. You’ll take ownership of key product experiences, primarily for desktop-first tools, with occasional mobile UX work. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives on designing, prototyping, testing, and iterating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications that guide development and ensure high-quality implementation.
Design end-to-end experiences for complex B2B SaaS tools, with a focus on desktop-first interfaces and scalable design systems.
Own the full design process—from rapid ideation and UX research to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and detailed product specifications.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
Conduct and apply UX research to inform design decisions, validate concepts, and improve usability.
Create and maintain design documentation, Figma libraries, and UX guidelines to support consistent implementation.
Champion design quality through critiques, mentoring, and feedback loops.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, working with centralized teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio of B2B and/or SaaS applications.
Proven ability to move quickly from concept to execution, delivering production-ready designs and specifications.
Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating detailed design specs that bridge design and development.
Experience designing desktop-first tools, with a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Familiarity with mobile UX and how it complements desktop workflows.
Some background in UX research, service design, and user-centered methodologies is a plus
Proficiency in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and other modern design and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments and distributed teams.
