Job Description

We are seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to manage and support the Island Enterprise Browser environment. The ideal candidate will administer the browser console, maintain security policies, and provide L2/L3 support for browser-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Island Enterprise Browser Console.
• Configure baselines, RBAC, and environment segmentation.
• Manage browser security controls, including DLP-style restrictions, certificates, site isolation, permissions, and extension governance.
• Serve as the primary L2/L3 escalation point for browser policy failures, installation errors, extension issues, and performance problems.

Required Skills

• Experience with Island Enterprise Browser or similar enterprise browser management.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, browser security, and endpoint administration.
• Experience providing L2/L3 technical support.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
