About the Role

In this onsite role, you will own end-to-end hardware development: analog/digital circuit design (including DC-DC converters and filters), Altium-based schematic and PCB layout, simulation, prototyping, and validation. You will troubleshoot hardware/system issues, collaborate with mechanical, software, validation, and manufacturing teams, document designs, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards, and support continuous improvement and production launch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and simulate analog/digital circuits including DC-DC converters and filters
• Create schematics and PCB layouts in Altium; build prototypes
• Plan and execute lab testing and validation
• Troubleshoot hardware/system issues and drive corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Prepare technical documentation and lead/participate in design reviews
• Support manufacturing and product launch; drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years electronics hardware design (automotive preferred)
• Expertise with Altium for PCB design (schematic and layout)
• Analog/digital design including DC-DC converters and filters
• Embedded systems and microcontrollers fundamentals
• Hands-on with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators
• Experience with CAN, SPI, I2C, UART communication buses
• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related
