Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce platform development, particularly in Service Cloud and or Marketing Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
• Configure and support Service Cloud and or Marketing Cloud features.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop automation using Flows and Apex triggers.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement delivery.
• Follow Salesforce best practices and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Flows.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and third-party system connectivity.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Marketing Cloud Developer/Consultant

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
