The Deskside Support team is initiating a computer refresh project to replace aging devices approaching end-of-life. This initiative will help maintain operational stability, ensure security compliance, and improve end-user productivity across the organization.

An additional resource is needed to support deployment activities, device setup, migration, and end-user support to ensure timely project execution without impacting existing service levels or daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and peripherals
• Support computer refresh and device migration activities
• Troubleshoot hardware and Windows operating system issues
• Provide onsite technical support to end users
• Perform device setup, imaging, upgrades, and replacements
• Track deployment status and maintain accurate asset records
• Coordinate with the Deskside Support team to ensure timely project completion
• Manage multiple deployment tasks while meeting deadlines
• Lift, move, and transport IT equipment as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and Windows systems
• Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop deployment and setup
• Good troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
